Freight and logistics

Service for trailers and semi-trailers.

Alignment, structural repair, and maintenance of the systems required to move freight safely and reliably.

How we can help

From alignment to structural work

A misaligned trailer or one with worn suspension, brakes, or axles can cause excessive tire wear and affect stability. Maxitrac inspects the complete unit to distinguish an adjustment from a repair and define the actual scope before work begins.

01

Trailer alignment

Kingpin-to-front-axle, axle-to-axle, and thrust-angle checks to correct dog-tracking and irregular wear.

02

Suspension

Leaf springs, equalizers, bushings, arms, air springs, shock absorbers, supports, valves, and ride height.

03

Axles and wheel ends

Axles, hubs, bearings, retainers, seals, lubrication, nuts, and wheel-end condition.

04

Brakes and pneumatics

Brake chambers, slack adjusters, valves, hoses, tubing, couplings, and air-system components.

05

ABS and electrical systems

ABS diagnostics, sensors, wiring, connectors, lights, side markers, and signaling.

06

Chassis and structure

Frame rails, crossmembers, supports, floor, frame, and welding or straightening based on assessment.

07

Kingpin and landing gear

Visual inspection of the kingpin, coupling plate, supports, and landing gear.

08

Tires and wear

Inspection of pressure, sizing, wear patterns, and their relationship to alignment, axles, or suspension.

09

Body and doors

Floor, panels, doors, roof, fiberglass, body repair, paintwork, and corrosion control.

10

Tarps and finishes

Tarp repair or heat sealing plus inspection of tensioners, hardware, and fasteners.

11

Hydraulic press and hoses

Press service and hose crimping for components or hydraulic circuits included in the semi-trailer configuration.

12

Tractor service

When the unit arrives with its tractor, we can also service diesel systems, turbochargers, and radiators.

Frequently asked questions

Information before bringing your equipment

Every job begins with an assessment. Scope, parts, and timing are confirmed according to the vehicle’s actual condition.

Do you align trailers?+

Yes. We assess the unit’s geometry and inspect suspension components, axles, bushings, mountings, and tires before defining adjustments.

Do you repair pneumatic and ABS systems?+

Yes. We inspect lines, connections, chambers, valves, sensors, wiring, and other related components.

Do you repair structural damage?+

Yes. The chassis, crossmembers, supports, floor, and body are inspected to determine whether welding, straightening, or replacement is appropriate.

Do you repair tarps and bodywork?+

Yes. We repair and heat-seal tarps and perform fiberglass, body, and paint work.
